The company is primarily engaged in the production and distribution of gelatines and other foodstuff ingredients. The company was established in 1947 under the name Miguel Juncá. The registered head office of the company is located in Banyoles, Spain. The company's gelatines are used in various production systems that supply a great variety of items in the confectionery sector, with their multiplicity of textures and forms of presentation (hard and soft gums, wine gums, chewable sweets, marshmallows, nougat, liquorice, toffees), as well as in the production of all kinds of desserts (mousses, puddings, soft and melted cheese, ice creams, custards, flavoured yoghurts). The company also specializes in the production of hydrolysed gelatines which allow it to offer qualities adapted to each field of use.
